Packing machines

We provide various configurations of PET, HDPE bottles and jars etc. packing machines.

1. PK-1200-800-Z packing system

Equipment:

• PK-1200-800 automatic packing table, counting and arranging bottles, jars onto 1200x800 mm trays;
• T-1000 tightness testing unit - tests tightness of bottles and automatically removes faulty items;
• PT-1000 belt conveyor for transporting bottles, jars from the blow moulding machine;

Modular construction of the packing system allows for an unrestricted configuration, e.g.: packing without bottle tightness testing, or tightness testing without packing onto trays.

2. APK-600-800-F packing system

Equipment:

• APK-600-800 automatic packing table, counting and arranging bottles, jars in a 600x800mm format and transferring on to foil packing;
• APK-600-800-F foil wrapping unit automatically foil wraps bottles, jars

Upon disconnecting the foil wrapping unit, packing onto 600x800mm format trays is possible.
